Rosquillas recipe:
Ingredients:
17.6oz granulated sugar
17.6oz flour
8.8oz butter
8.8oz lard
6 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
4 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
lemon zest
Mix everything and add the flour until you get a semi-dry dough. Let stand for 30 minutes. Make small balls with the dough and, using the palm of your hand, thin the ball until it forms a strip and roll it into a donut shape. Preheat the oven to 180º until the edges are golden. Enjoy these delightful traditional cookies with a cup of hot cocoa, and savor the taste of Christmas at Villa Amore!
